Mag International, Inc. stocks parts for all of its gasoline and electric vehicles. Our parts request form and warranty request form can be downloaded here and completed electronically or manually. To better serve you, please include all required information.

Our PDF forms can now be filled in electronically by tabbing through the fields. You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader (Version 9). The completed form can be saved and emailed to MAG at parts@maginternationalinc.com or printed and faxed to 714.965.2006.

When submitting a warranty claim, please note the following:

1.  IMPORTANT: Warranty claims must be submitted to MAG within ten (10) days of the date of repair to qualify for warranty. Claims with repair dates after the warranty expiration date will be allowed only in the event of a substantiated factory parts back-order.

2.  Each claim will be assigned a claim number and you will be notified of it by email.

3.  All claims will be subject to review and a claim decision. 

4.  Incomplete claim forms or instances where the vehicle warranty registration has not been filed with MAG will result in delays. Claims will not be processed until all information is provided to MAG.
